The ACVIM Forum works with the hotels to provide a competitive rate and to help ensure attendees will be able to find a room. When reserved rooms are not used, ACVIM pays a high penalty. Penalties result in the overall cost of the ACVIM Forum increasing for our attendees and exhibitors. Please book within the block!
BEWARE OF THIS SCAM: ACVIM wants you to be aware of a scam, where someone calls or faxes you, pretending to be an “official ACVIM Forum lodging coordinator.” The ACVIM does not solicit "special offer" lodging reservations via telephone or fax and does not contract lodging through any contractor or Housing Bureau. All lodging reservations are to be made directly by you with official 2010 ACVIM Forum hotels. Do not provide your credit card information to anyone other than the hotel you contact.
