  • 10 x 10’ Exhibit Booth
    • 8’ high draped backwall and 3’ high draped side rails
    • Electricity and internet service are not included, but can be ordered from the Convention Center for an additional fee.  Forms can be found in the Exhibitor Service Manual.
    • The Exhibit Hall is not carpeted, but exhibit booths are required to have carpet. Furniture and carpeting are available from Freeman for an additional fee or you may bring your own. The carpet must come to the front edge of your booth
    • Lead Retrieval is available for an additional fee to capture attendee information.  Lead Retrieval forms can be found in the Exhibitor Service Manual.
    • Exhibit Rules and Regulations are available at www.ACVIMForum.org. The ACVIM adheres to the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) Guidelines of Display and requires all exhibitors to comply with these guidelines, which are also available at www.ACVIMForum.org.
    • 4 Complimentary Exhibitor badges ($1,000 value)
