Proceedings Available Now for 2010 ACVIM Forum Attendees
Even if you are unable to attend the 2010 ACVIM Forum in Anaheim, you can still obtain the cutting-edge information presented by purchasing the 2010 ACVIM Forum Proceedings on CD-ROM (compatible with both Mac and PC).
Pre-paid orders for the CD-ROM may be placed now, with shipment in July 2010. The cost for the CD-ROM (which includes the veterinary and technician program proceedings) is $49.00. Additional fees will be charged for foreign shipping (including Canada). Proceedings orders may be placed by e-mail at Ivy@ACVIM.org or by phone 303-231-9933 or 800-245-9081. Pre-payment is required for all orders by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or check (drawn on a U.S. bank) made payable to the ACVIM and mailed to ACVIM, 1997 Wadsworth Blvd., Suite A, Lakewood, CO 80214-5293. (Orders will not be accepted without payment in full.)
