Exhibit Space Rental Includes:
- Four (4) complimentary exhibitor badges per 10’ x 10’ booth.
- Complimentary admittance to any scientific session (excludes labs, SIGs, or workshops with limited attendance or additional fees). If CE credits are desired, you must register as an ACVIM Forum/CVMA Convention Attendee.
- One copy of the 2009 ACVIM Forum/CVMA Convention Proceedings in CD-ROM format.
- Invitations to evening receptions & entertainment.
- Complimentary Exhibitor Lounge with refreshments.
- Company Listing in Exhibitor Guide distributed to each attendee.
- 24-hour security.
- Aisle carpeting & daily aisle cleaning. Exhibit Space Guidelines:
- Standard booth size is 10’ x 10’ with 8’ high draped backwall and 3’ high draped side rails.
- Electricity and internet service are not included, but can be ordered from the Convention Center for an additional fee.
- The Exhibit Hall is not carpeted, but exhibit booths are required to have carpet. Furniture and carpeting are available from Freeman for an additional fee.
