PROCEEDINGS AVAILABLE
Even if you are unable to attend the 2009 ACVIM Forum &
Canadian VMA Convention in Montréal, you can still obtain
the cutting-edge information presented by purchasing the 2009
ACVIM Forum & Canadian VMA Convention Proceedings on
CD-ROM (compatible with both Mac and PC) or the Veterinary
Proceedings book (Pre-Forum ordering required). Book availability
is guaranteed only if ordered by April 10, 2009.
Pre-paid orders for the CD-ROM or book may be placed now, with
shipment in July 2009. The cost for the CD-ROM (which includes
the veterinary and technician program proceedings) is $49.00 USD
and the cost of the book (veterinary program proceedings only)
is $75.00 USD, which includes domestic shipping. For foreign
shipping (including Canada) of the book, add $30.00 USD.

required for all orders by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or
check (drawn on a U.S. bank) made payable to the ACVIM and
